About Carolyn
Carolyn Boatman, DiplAc, LAc, MSOM, RN, BSN, BS Nutrition
Acupuncturist, Chinese herbalist, nutrition counselor, registered nurse, Reiki practitioner.
My interest has always been in healing. I connect with each patient in a gentle and effective way to treat the whole person. My education and clinical training from TCM to nursing to energy work allows me the opportunity to treat a broad spectrum of disorders and complaints. While I work with all patients, my special interests are women's issues, healthy aging, and preventative medicine. In my commitment to my patients, I stay abreast of the most recent research and practices by attending continuing education courses. I began my healthcare career earning a bachelor's degree in Nursing from the University of Wisconsin and worked in maternal/child care. I am a mother of four children, and live within the community that I practice.
"My personal experience with Traditional Chinese Medicine has shown me it is gentle and effective for healing as well as being an effective method for maintaining health and vitality"
